1. Permitted Use

• The photos may be used exclusively for promoting and selling Accu-Tac products in your store(s), on your website, in advertisements, and in other marketing materials directly related to Accu-Tac products.
• Photos may not be altered except for resizing or minor adjustments to fit your publication or platform needs.

2. Prohibited Use

• Photos may not be used to promote non-Accu-Tac products or services.
• You may not distribute, sell, or provide the photos to third parties without prior written consent from Accu-Tac.
• Photos may not be edited in a way that misrepresents the products, damages the brand, or misleads customers.

3. Ownership and Copyright

• All studio photos are the intellectual property of Accu-Tac and are protected by copyright laws.
• Use of the photos does not transfer ownership or rights beyond those explicitly granted in this agreement.

4. Termination of Use

• Accu-Tac reserves the right to revoke your permission to use the photos at any time if these terms are violated.
• Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the photos and remove them from all platforms.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Accu-Tac is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the photos.
• You agree to indemnify Accu-Tac against any claims arising from improper use of the photos.
