Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Most orders that are made before 4 PM PST will be shipped the next business day. All orders will ship 3-5 business days after the order has been placed.
Some products may have longer lead times or backorders, typically ranging from 2–3 weeks, depending on availability. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Transit Time
Delivery speed depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. The United States Postal Service (USPS) typically picks up packages around 11 AM PST. United Parcel Service (UPS) picks up packages around 4 PM PST.
Note: Expedited shipping does not expedite order processing.
Carrier delays may occur, especially during holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
International Orders
All international orders will ship via UPS or USPS for better tracking and delivery performance.
Additional taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply based on the destination region. The customer is responsible for any such charges.
GlobalPost is available as a lower-cost shipping option. However, please be aware that these shipments are not covered by insurance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Please contact us at info@accu-tac.com to learn more.

Important Notes
- For USPS or UPS shipments that aren’t delivered, a claim must be processed with the carrier before a replacement is considered.
- Please verify your shipping address, including unit/suite numbers. Accu-Tac is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
Reminder: Once a package leaves our facility, it is under the care of the carrier. We no longer have control over its delivery at that point.
