Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship the between 3-7 business days.

Some products may have longer lead times or backorders, typically ranging from 2–3 weeks, depending on availability. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Transit Time

Delivery speed depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Note: Expedited shipping does not expedite order processing.

Carrier delays may occur, especially during the holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

International Orders

We no longer offer USPS for international shipping due to unreliable turnaround times.

All international orders will ship via UPS only for better tracking and delivery performance.

Additional taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply based on the destination region. The customer is responsible for any such charges.

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated based on package weight and delivery location.

Important Notes

  • First Class Mail is not insured. Lost, stolen, or rejected packages sent this way are not covered. Replacements may be offered at our discretion.
  • For Priority Mail or UPS shipments that aren’t delivered, a claim must be processed with the carrier before a replacement is considered.
  • We highly recommend using trackable and insured shipping methods, especially for international orders.
  • Please verify your shipping address, including unit/suite numbers. Accu-Tac is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

Reminder: Once a package leaves our facility, it is under the care of the carrier. We no longer have control over its delivery at that point.
