Shipping Policy

Processing time: Can be 2-3 weeks for bipods and 3-4 business days for accessories (This is only the turn around time to get the order checked in, sent to the shipping department, and prepare for shipment. Does not include weekends) 

Transit time: The shipment method you choose will determine how fast the package is delivered. Expediting shipping times does not expedite processing time. Please keep in mind, there are carrier delays due to the increase in online ordering and various delays due to the pandemic. Transit times may be longer than expected with all services.  

International Orders: We will no longer offer USPS services for international orders. USPS has shown an increased turnaround time for deliveries which customers do not like so we are currently only offering UPS as a shipping method for international shipments.

Shipping Cost: Cost is calculated based on weight and location. You may proceed to the cart and enter your information and review shipping costs before checking out.

*Please note: Fist class packages are not insured! If a package is lost, stolen, or rejected with the First class mail option, please be advised there is no insurance coverage offered. Options will be offered for replacements at our discretion. If you chose Priority Mail or UPS and the package has not been delivered, a claim will be opened with the carrier and we will have to go through the carrier's claim process before a replacement can be considered.

It is highly suggested you purchase a better shipping method, especially for international orders. If you provided a wrong address, or made a mistake on the address and did not specify the unit number, suite number, etc. Accu-Tac will not be responsible for the cost of returned or lost packages.  

**Please keep in mind that the carrier is paid by you to transport your order from our facility to you. Once packages leave our facility, it is out of our hands and in the care of the carrier. We no longer have control or access to your package at that point.
