Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before the order ships. If you use a P.O. Box or an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges if the package is rejected or returned to us.

Transit time varies on the shipping method chosen. Please keep in mind there are carrier delays due to the increase in online ordering and various delays due to the pandemic. Transit time may be longer than expected with all services especially if customs clearance is imposed by your country.

If a package is lost, stolen, or rejected, with the First class mail option, please be advised there is no insurance coverage offered. Options will be offered for replacements at our discretion. If you chose Priority Mail or UPS and the package has not been delivered, a claim will be opened and we will have to go through the carrier's claim process before a replacement can be considered to be sent.
