I ordered the FC-4 bipod based on the recommendation from a trusted employee at a local store.
I received the bipod much quicker than I expected due to the notice on the website.
I was impressed with the case it came with, especially as I didn't know it was included.
I am using the bipod for PRS, bench rest shooting, as well as shooting at a mile. I am very happy with how solid this thing is. I have not run into any situation or surface yet where the bipod did not remain planted.
In regard to the customer service, I had accidently ordered the picatinny version. I sent an email on a Sunday asking if they could cancel the order so I could place one for the correct version. I received an email from Accu-Tac early the next morning. Instead of making me go through the process of placing tjhe new order, they updated my order to the correct version. Saved me some time, I always appreciate that.
