Used the new bipod yesterday found it to be extremely stable with a wide stance at the lowest setting. Much more stable than my atlas and easier to set up and adjust than my phoenix.
By far the nicest, sturdiest bipod I've ever owned Precision quality for sure. 2 complaints.....ZERO instructions in the case (a top notch pelican case). I know I know, you can find anything on the internet but for $500 it should have had a piece of paper in the box. #2. This concerns functionality. The tightening handles should be longer. Shouldn't be so difficult to tighten the cant and pan features because of the short handles. Any precision shooter demands the piece to "NOT MOVE" and the ease of tightening is critical. Even with its "only" imperfection, it's an incredible piece of equipment. Mines mounted on a Tikka T3x Ace Target. Perfect match

Besides being 100% reliable and rock solid…you can upgrade this with the Area 419 arcalock/pic/arca clamp and have a bipod that will go on any setup. The best money can buy and now I have two of them for that reason.
