I gave lots of thought to purchasing the pic rail or going with Arca instead. The deciding factor was the dimensions. The Arca rail is much wider and the associated Arca Br-4 Mount is larger also. The Picatinny rail is slender and matches my MLOK rail perfectly. The Br-4 bipod mount clamp is also smaller than the Arca version. This system makes my rifle less bulky to handle and that matters a lot to me. Accu-Tac makes the best bipods I've ever used, and I was an active duty Marine for 20 years and went through many bipods.
